Can you confirm that the person/DJ you are booking with wiil be the actual performer at your event?
Many companies regularly outsource to smaller, amateur DJs which are often very inexperienced and have unsatisfactory shows. We often hear stories of poor performances and extra ‘roadies’ appearing with the DJ simply to enjoy your party!

Does the company own all the equipment for the services you are booking?
Some companies hire equipment to provide you with the service and often aren’t familiar with how to use the equipment properly or safely.

Is the company insured and do they have backup equipment and staff?
If the worst does happen, is your DJ insured? If some equipment fails, do they carry backups? Common situations like these can and do occur and will ruin your event.
